Delivery and Terms of Use

Kalve 016 OY, business ID: FI33358455 address: Mansikkatie 3 a 1 66400 Laihia Finland, sells products to companies and adult private individuals within the EU and UK. These delivery terms apply to product orders in our online store and to similar deliveries.
These delivery terms are valid from 1.5.2020. We reserve the right to unilaterally change the delivery terms from time to time, so please familiarize yourself with the delivery terms every time you order products from our online store.
Products and Product Prices
The features and prices of products in the online store are presented in connection with each product description. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs, so please check the prices in your shopping cart before accepting the order. The prices of the products include taxes, which are shown in the shopping cart and order confirmation.
Delivery Costs
The delivery costs possibly charged for the order depend on the product itself (e.g. weight, packaging) and the selected delivery method, country, and they are automatically added to the total amount of the order. You can see the delivery costs charged for your order in your shopping cart before accepting the order.
Ordering and Contract
You can order products on our website by adding them to your shopping cart, confirming the order and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are expected to have familiarized yourself with and committed to the current delivery terms. You understand that your accepted and confirmed order, except to the extent that the right of withdrawal is mentioned later, is binding and creates a contract between us under these delivery terms.
Payment and Payment Methods
You can pay for your order using the payment methods described in the online store and available for selection in the shopping cart.
Order and Payment Confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email, so please provide your email address when placing an order. The payment method used will also be confirmed in the order confirmation.
If we are unable to confirm your order for some unexpected reason, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
Delivery Method and Price
We use the most common delivery services of Posti and Matkahuolto.
The price of delivery methods is determined by the weight and size of the package. Prices for small and normal packages are €9,90 - €19,90. More detailed pricing will be provided at checkout before confirming the order.
Delivery Time
The most common delivery times in mainland Finland are 2-4 days depending on the order and delivery method. Orders will be dispatched within two working days, usually the next day. If the product is not in stock, delivery times are longer.
Cancellation right and return policy
All products purchased from our online store have a 14-day cancellation right according to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, starting from the day of receipt of the order. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must make a cancellation notice before the end of the cancellation period (Consumer Protection Act 6:14). The cancellation must always be notified in writing by email in advance. The cancellation right applies to consumer customers.
Not picking up the package is not the same as returning/cancelling the purchase. We charge a delivery and handling fee of 23 euros for all unclaimed shipments. The fee corresponds to the actual cost of delivery, return, and handling.
Exchange & Return
The returned product must be saleable, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. When the returned product/products have been received, the payment for the order will be refunded to the customer's account or as a refund through the payment service provider.
The customer is responsible for the postage costs of the return, so the postage cost will be deducted from the refundable amount if the entire order is returned.
If only part of the order is returned, the postage cost for one direction will be deducted from the refundable amount.
The postage cost depends on the shipping method selected by the customer when placing the order.
Incorrect/damaged delivery/product
If the product received in the shipment is different from what you ordered, damaged, or some products are missing, please inform us immediately by email. If there are wrong or faulty products or some products are missing in the order, we will send you replacement products without additional cost. If the package or product is damaged during transportation, please make a written report by email to the address below, describe the damage and attach a photo of the product and packaging. In consumer sales, we comply with the mandatory consumer protection laws on liability for defects.

When returning the delivered order, please include your name, contact information, and your bank account number for refund.
Checking the shipment, errors, and problems
Please check the shipment immediately upon receipt. If the product is lost or damaged during transportation or otherwise does not correspond to your order or is incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days to our Customer Service, and we will agree on how to correct the error. In consumer sales, we comply with the mandatory consumer protection laws on liability for defects.
